A Hundred Applause-"百贊" Nodachi
I made this model in celebration of receiving 100 likes on sketchfab.
The Katana "A Hundred Applause" is a Nodachi with a total length of 170 cms, with a massive blade length of 103cms.
I made this weapon with the intention of mixing several foreign culture into the blade. Such as the European hand-guard, sheath, alongside the pommel and the reinforced brass on the spine of the blade. All of that coupled with a bright go-lucky Chinese color scheme.

A Hundred Applause-"百贊" Nodachi
Start to Finish. I try to keep the changes to a minimal.
Red leather straps, brass pins with slick oak wood and steel pommel.
