For Honor Vortiger-The Black Sun Set
I made this model in celebration of the new hero in "For Honor"- The Black Prior
The blade “Searing Light” is a long-sword flamberge that is shown in the trailer but no longer in the game (The hilt and blade are divided into 2 different weapon.) I love the design and decide to make one that’s similar. It is made of mainly silver and steel, carnelian as gem.
The shield “Black Sun” is a kite shield made of mainly soft iron and wood, with gold and steel cast upon it. It’s one of the most complicated decal I’ve drawn to date.

Start to end, oh how much the substance painter can save you from your own stupidity.
Strong Contrast between the slick gold and the rough, black iron.
Brushed and decorated blade
Searing light has a simpler decoration in comparison.
